About Kaya

I'm passionate about what I do and the people I treat. I have over a decade of experience working as a full time therapist, as the principle therapist of a 4 star hotel Spa, where I personally developed an extensive treatment menu offering luxurious treatments of the highest standard. I also held a busy private practice for several years in a chiropractic clinic, where I offered remedial, sports & restorative massage therapy.
I see my work as both an art and a science, and my intention with essential therapies is to offer treatments that are both highly effective, whilst at the same time being an enjoyable time-out ritual for my clients.
In my pre-therapist life I studied the arts and I also have a background in organic farming.
I bring this love of nature, nurture and beauty into my current occupation.
I love that my job allows me to spend my days helping people to feel their best, and I love to learn, so I'm always doing something new in regards to training and learning new skills that will enhance my treatment offerings.
I also go for a lot of treatments myself, as I believe it's important to experience things from the other side of the treatment table, at least that's my excuse anyway!
