Please be assured that we take sanitation and your health very seriously.

We wish to reassure all of our clients that you will be in a clean, safe and relaxing environment.

We are following all the required and current protocol and measures to ensure the safety of both clients and therapists.

STUDIO

 

At the studio we have fantastic ventilation, our large windows are opened regularly, allowing the fresh sea air to circulate.

​

All high touch surfaces, products and equipment are thoroughly cleaned with a hospital grade disinfectant between every session.

Please note that this has always been our protocol, as infection control measures are standard practice in a clinical setting.

We are however being extra vigilant at this time.

​

We have sanitiser available in our wait space and there is ample room for social distancing.

CLIENTS

If you or a member of your household are experiencing any cold, flu, fever or Covid-19 symptoms - please cancel or reschedule your appointment.

​

If you have recently tested negative for Covid-19 but still have COLD OR FLU symptoms, we request that you do NOT come for treatment until after these have passed. Please keep in mind that our therapists are self employed close contact service providers and will have to take time-off if they become ill. 

​

You will be asked to sign a consent form declaring that you release the therapist and business from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure to or harm caused due to Covid-19.

Please note that our therapists are independent and will have their own additional protocols in place. If you have any questions in regards to your treatment then please contact your therapist directly.

VACCINATIONS

​

If you are having vaccinations of any kind, it is preferable to wait 48hrs before having a treatment.

This is to simply because your body already has work to do and any physical therapy would be an added stressor.

It is also incase you experience any reactions or side-effects to the medication.

​

You will not be asked for your vaccination status.

We respect your choice and your privacy.
