Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is a soft tissue remedial therapy that involves the therapist using fingers or thumbs to move over muscle, ligament, tendon and fascia in various parts of the body. The therapy can be effective to help relieve everyday stresses and revitalise the whole person.

Bowen therapy is suitable for almost everyone. There is no vigorous manipulation, which makes it kind to those who are sensitive to pressure.

Some Bowen clients find improvement holding after only one or two sessions. For others, it may take longer, perhaps between 3 to 6 sessions. Clients with ongoing or chronic conditions often continue with therapy on a regular basis to maintain their wellbeing.

Steve offers standalone Bowen treatments or combination sessions that can include McTimoney Chiropractic, Systematic Kinesiology and Nutritional Medicine.
