The Essential Ritual is my most popular treatment and is the perfect choice for those who are serious about self-care. Combine both a restorative massage and a bespoke facial in this remedial and meditative treatment that is completely customised to your unique needs.
We'll work on your areas of muscular tension, releasing those nagging aches and pains and then address your specific skin concerns with techniques and products designed to restore your skins natural radiance.

LIGHT THERAPY OPTIONS
We strongly advise adding light therapy to your facial for its powerful cellular regeneration benefits.
Light therapy uses combinations of clinically proven Blue, Red, and Near infrared wavelengths to boost collagen production, increase hydration, calm redness and irritation and destroy acne causing bacteria.
As the light triggers a whole cascade of skin enhancing processes, the benefits continue even after the treatment has finished.
Light therapy can be experienced as a one-off treatment to enhance your facial or massage treatment or it may be booked as a course of 6-12 sessions to achieve maximum results or to treat skin conditions.
An optional foot massage is included when light therapy is booked with a facial.

Post-treatment tips
Change your pillowcase on the night of your treatment.
Avoid wearing any make-up (except mineral) for the next 24hrs. Avoid the sauna and steam room on the day of your treatment. No exfoliating for 3 days.
You may experience a skin purge after your facial, this is congestion coming to the surface and is the skin clearing for it to renew and improve in appearance and health over the coming days.

High Performance Organic Skincare
We use certified organic herbal oils and balms that are artisan-crafted in Helston, Cornwall by InLight Beauty.
These potent botanical extracts are infused in raw oils for a full lunar cycle. Their traditional production methods with advanced quantum physics principles, recognise that all plant matter carries vibrational energy.
First formulated by Dr Mariano Spiezia, a Doctor of Medicine and clinical herbalist, InLight advocated slow beauty from the onset, long before this term became a wider trend.
