Hi, and thanks for your interest.

I qualified as a counsellor in 2008 and became accredited with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy in 2016.

I initially worked for The Place2Be (play therapy with children) & Phoenix Futures (Bromley Community Alcohol Service) before spending 15 years at Family Matters (working with child and adult survivors of sexual abuse.)

I find that my integrative approach to counselling using - person centred, Transactional Analysis and inner-child therapy working creatively and flexibly with your needs works especially well with clients who are searching for empowerment and autonomy. I like to work holistically (with the 'whole' person rather than on specific issues) - for your continual well-being.

You will be met with empathy and kindness in a space free from judgement.

Appointments are available Wednesday afternoons / evenings and Saturdays.
