Hello

I'm passionate about what I do and the people I treat. I have over 14 years of experience working as a busy, full-time therapist. Before opening Essential Therapies in May 2021, I worked as the principle therapist of a 4 star hotel spa, where I personally developed an extensive treatment menu offering luxurious treatments of the highest standard. I also have several years of experience working in a chiropractic centre, where I practiced remedial, sports massage and myofascial release therapy.

My intention when opening Essential Therapies was to meld the best of both the spa and clinical therapy worlds, offering bodywork treatments that are both highly effective whilst still being an enjoyable time-out ritual for my clients.

My passion now is in working somatically with stress, as I feel it is the root cause of most of our modern health problems. I love helping people to feel their best. I'm always learning, and I'm currently in my second year of Kinesiology training.

In the 3 years since its opening, the studio has grown to include a really strong team of very talented independent practitioners who offer a wide range of natural healthcare, bodywork and talking therapies.
All of our therapists are fully qualified, insured and registered to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
