REIKI
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If ones's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means " God's Wisdom or Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy"

Treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
SEKHEM
Sekhem
Sekhem; Living Light Energy

Sekhem is an ancient Egyptian energy healing modality that is channelled through the hands, in a similar manner to Reiki, to help realign, release and shift blocked layers of energy around the body.
It can help with cleansing and balancing our systems, powering us up and accelerating our healing potential on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Sekhem was taught as part of the spiritual practices in the Temples of Ancient Egypt and uses 3D symbols which are linked to the science of the pyramids and the high vibrational frequency from the star system of Sirius.

In Ancient Egypt the word Sekhem meant "spiritual power" or "might" and as well as being a living light energy relating to and acting directly on the should frequency, it is fundamentally unconditional love in its purest form.

Sekhem can be experienced as a stand alone treatment or Harie can incorporate crystal and/or Sound Healing into your session.
